The daughter of Graham E. Fuller, Samantha A. Fuller, married Ruslan Tsarnaev, the uncle of the Boston bombings "suspects", Tamerlane and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Graham E. Fuller formerly served as Station Chief in Kabul for the CIA; he is a former "handler" of Fethullah Gulen in the U.S., a former RAND analyst and former Le Monde Diplomatique contributor. He is currently an adjunct history professor at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver (Canada).

In the mid-1990’s, Samantha A. Fuller was working for Price Waterhouse in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) on privatization projects. She married Ruslan Tsarnaev whom she divorced in 1999.

Ruslan Tsarnaev (photo) is the brother of Ansor Tsarnaev, the father of the "suspects." He has worked for USAID (which then served as a cover for the CIA), and later as an executive for various Halliburton companies. He now lives in Montgomery Village, MD, and has branded his nephews as "losers."

Graham E. Fuller has qualified as "absurd" any attempt to link his ex son-in-law to the act of his nephews.

According to the Izvestia of April 24, Tamerlane Tsarnaev participated in a CIA 2012 seminar.
