Iran has rejected a United States aid offer after the devastating Saturday’s quakes, the head of the Interior Ministry’s crisis management department, Hassan Ghadami stated Wednesday.
He said that the offer is insincere as Iran is currently seeing a medicine supply crisis because of the US-imposed sanctions. The official urged America to lift them.
The two powerful quakes of 6.4 and 6.3 mg struck Iran’s West Azerbaijan province killing 306 and injuring anther 3,000.
