A suicide bomber blew himself up in his car on Monday morning, 29 April 2013, as he ran into the convoy of the President of the Council of Ministers of Syria.
10 people died and 13 others were wounded.
Dr. Wael Nader Al-Halqi has survived with only minor injuries and is resting in his office.
Syria has a presidential system. It doesn’t have a prime minister, but a President of the Council of Ministers.
