NATO has created a working group to look into the communications approach of the Ukraine government.

The Alliance is very concerned about the impact of Russian television, which successfully convinced the Ukrainians and the rest of the world that the "EuroMaidan revolution" was actually "a coup by perpetrated by Nazi groups" [1].

NATO is studying the possibility of breathing new life into certain Cold War tools or to create new media from scratch in Ukraine. The Baltic States are actively involved in this study.
