The Islamic Emirate has adopted its budget for 2015. It is worth 2 billion dollars.
This budget includes the salaries for its jihadists (500 to 650 dollars per month, as compared to 300 to 600 dollars for other jihadist groups) and the social security benefits for the families of the victims of bombing by the International Coalition .
According to the spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, the budget is balanced. The organisation also disposes of 250 million dollars which it is holding in reserve for further military actions.
The earnings of the Islamic Emirat come mainly from public grants which are secretly awarded by Turkey and Saudi Arabia, help from the CIA, private gifts from Qatari personalities, the pillage of Iraq and Syria (currently including, as a purely residual bonus, the traffic of petroleum products), and, as from now, world control of the Afghani heroin market [1].
