President Donald Trump has called for a law to be drafted giving the US President full powers to establish all custom duties [1].

The aim of this draft, which has still not been discussed within the US Administration, is to pull the United States out of the World Trade Organization (WTO).

According to Axios, the website that leaked the draft, it is improbable that Congress will be willing to grant more power to the President.
