Michel Rocard was a French socialist Prime Minister (1989-1991) and deputy to the European Parliament. Closed to George Soros, he is the manager of the International Crisis Group. He is a member of the Independent Commission on Turkey established by the British Council and the Open Society Institute of George Soros.
