“Not to Islamist Turkey”

On October 3, 2005, the representatives of the European Union and the Turkey of Islamist Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet to decide if Turkey could join the European Union. For Turkey, not to mention Europe and the West, it would better if the European Union rejected the Turkish inclusion in a polite but firm manner. There is a reason for this:Recep Tayyip Erdogan is turning the country into an Islamist-Fascist regime. Numerous evidences prove this:
– Turkey gets millions of dollars from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries aimed at supporting Islamist reforms.
– The secular educational system of Turkey is being substituted by the madrassa, which are being supported by the government.
– Competent officials are being replaced by others coming from the theological apparatus.
– The “alevis”, Muslims who practice a particular form of Islam are chased by Erdogan and his Saudi allies.
– The “AKP” systematically attacks businessmen related to the opposition.
– The “AKP” assumes control of the media and uses them to spread anti-Americanism.
– The “AKP” weakens the army, guarantor of the secular and pro-western orientation of the country.
The representatives of the European Union should denounce this Islamist orientation of Erdogan’s policy.
