The US State Department has refused to allow a former Nato Secretary General (1995-1999), Javier Solana, to enter the Homeland. He was due to participate in a conference on the US withdrawal from the 5+1 agreement (also known as JCPOA) with Iran.
During the war with Serbia, Javier Solana, a Spanish politician, contributed to “selling” the virtues of the Atlantic Alliance to the European Left. More recently, he participated in the negotiations of the 5 + 1 Group with Iran and the drafting of the JCPOA (also known as the Iran Nuclear Deal).
